Shri Vijay Kumar is presently posted as Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO) in DGTR. He is Section Officer of CSS Cadre. Earlier, he worked in Department of Policy and Promotion (now DPIIT) and Ministry of Communications. He has experience of about 20 years in Establishment, Administration and Personnel matters.
